SWISS has appointed two new
members to its management board as Oliver Buchhofer
joins CEO Dieter Vranckx's team as chief operating officer and Dennis Weber joins
as chief financial officer.
Oliver Buchhofer will take on the newly created position of chief operating officer
at SWISS, joining the CEO and CFO on the board.
Buchhofer has been head of
operations at SWISS since 2021 and flies for the airline as an Airbus
A330 captain. Between 2016 and 2021, he was
head of flight operations at the airline.

of investor relations.
Nettesheim is currently head of mergers & acquisitions. He began his career at Dresdner Bank and after holding positions at KPMG
and Bankhaus Metzler joined the Lufthansa Group in 2012.
All the new roles take effect on 1 May.
