Launch of Key Travel WhatsApp, SMS & Webchat with screensharing. Travellers can communicate with agents via their preferred method, knowing agents can access their information and history no matter the channel. Improvement of ESG rating (measured independently by Apex ESG) to 87 out of 100: meaning Key Travel is now rated a Leader in ESG in each of the three categories (E, S and G) and ahead of sector benchmarks. Developed a Climate Action Plan (CAP) template to support our customers in aligning more effectively with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal on Climate Action with regards to their travel activities
